Description
Pad Cooling System for Hot and Humid Areas
One of the most effective methods for cooling halls, particularly in hot and humid regions, is the utilization of wet pads in the air inlet. In hot and dry areas, it is advisable to complement pad cooling with a mist sprayer to maintain optimal humidity levels in the hall.
Cellulose pads, boasting a water absorption capacity of 100L/M3, exhibit superior efficiency while minimizing water and electricity consumption. Acting as air filters at the inlet, these pads prevent pollution from entering. Their easy installation and washability make them suitable for use in poultry farms and greenhouses.
The cellulose pads facilitate high-speed air passage, resulting in temperature reductions of 10 degrees in humid conditions and 16 degrees in dry conditions.
The KGY Cellulose Pad Introduction
KGY cellulose pad maximizes water evaporation for superior coolness with top efficiency and minimal water usage. Easy maintenance, coated surface for durability, and the market’s largest PVC return gutter make it user-friendly. Submersible pumps, a simple shut-down, and optional stainless-steel brackets enhance adaptability. 6” deep coated pads ensure uniform water distribution for optimal performance. Easy installation and replacement make it hassle-free.
The KGY Cellulose Pad Structure and Advantages
The fully galvanized frame, measuring 1/51/8 with a 10 cm pad thickness, can be effortlessly adjusted and installed for various inlets in poultry farms and greenhouses.
The two-path channels ensure even moistening of the entire pad thickness, maximizing surface contact and enhancing the cooling efficiency of KGY cellulose pads.
The KGY Cellulose Pad Control
The dimensions of the hall’s air inlet are customized based on the number of hall fans, and the volume of air intake directly corresponds to the hall’s fan outlet. This interdependence ensures efficient and controlled cooling.
