The KGY Nipple Drinker facilitates a more effective administration of medicine and vitamins compared to other drinking systems. It prevents floor wetting and related issues while conserving water.

The KGY Nipple Water Drinker Structure and Advantages:

The KGY water pipes, constructed with flexible and square cross-section propylene material, support easy installation and sealing of 360-degree steel Turkish nipples on square pipes. The KGY suspension system’s precise design and the support pipes with a proper 2/5 cm diameter prevent line bending towards the hall’s end. Refinement filters at the water inlet ensure the prevention of nipple blockages. Each nipple serves 12-14 chickens. Solid one-sided cups prevent floor wetting during feeding, allowing access to the nipples from all sides. The connections of holding and nipple pipes, along with the suspension system, boast a long service life.

The KGY Nipple Water Drinker Control:

The KGY pressure regulators manage incoming water pressure, indicating water presence at the line’s end with a level pipe. By connecting a meter to the system, the manager can measure water consumption in the hall, enabling rapid response to disease outbreaks.

 Pressure Breaker:

The Turkish pressure breaker consists of two parts – a regulator at the line’s beginning and a leveling pipe with a drain valve at the end. It regulates water pressure and prevents nipple dripping due to high pressure. The drain valve aids in line cleaning after medication intake, with the pipe indicating water presence in the drinker until the line’s end.

Cup:

A one-sided cup with appropriate depth prevents water spillage when poultry use it.

 Spool:

A component of the suspension system, the spool is used with a tow wire and crepe to hang the drinking bowl.

Ceiling Winch:

In combination with the suspension system, the ceiling winch adjusts the drinking line’s height.

 Moff:

The nipple pipes connector that links 4m nipple pipes together.

 Pipe Holder Teflon Connector:

This high-strength connector contributes to smoothing the drinking line.
