Description
The KGY Super KG100 Heater Series Introduction
The KGY Super KG100 greenhouse heater delivers heating, fresh air, and air recirculation for your greenhouse. With a solid structure and a quickly assembled chassis system, the Super KG100 is versatile for installation inside or outside the hall. The industrial heater, with a 150,000-kcal capacity, comes in two models: one with an axial fan and the other with a centrifugal fan. Beyond its use in greenhouses and poultry farms, the Super KG100 is suitable for sports halls, garages, warehouses, and more.
The KGY Super KG100 Heater Performance
The KGY Super KG100 Heater is a gas and gasoil warm air furnace. Easily installed by connecting electricity, gas/diesel, and chimney outlet, it is light and can be either base-mounted or hung. This industrial heater, available in gas, gasoil, and dual-fuel models, doesn’t require a separate burner. The two models, axial and centrifugal, cater to different needs. The axial model circulates air efficiently inside, consuming less energy, while the centrifugal model, installed outside, heats fresh air blown into the environment through a channel.
The KGY Super KG100 Heater Series Structure
The KGY Super KG100 industrial heater features a hot-galvanized body with furnace electrostatic powder paint for protective and optical resistance. Components include a multi-layer heat exchanger, pressed and detachable connections, and either an axial or centrifugal fan. The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, and for easy movement, this greenhouse heater is equipped with handles.
The KGY Super KG100 Heater Control
The electrical and mechanical panel ensures the correct and safe operation of this industrial heater. Control is possible through furnace and exhaust air temperature sensors. The burner can be turned on/off via the control panel, and by turning off the burner, the fan can be adjusted for continuous hall ventilation.
The KGY Super KG100 Heater Additional Features:
Phase Load Control: Manages voltage levels, phase order, and protects the electric motor.
Selection Mode Switch: Starts the fan independently for ventilation without heating or switches to automatic mode for burner and fan operation.
Mechanical Start-Stop Push-Button: Initiates and controls single-phase and three-phase AC and DC motors.
Contactor 12A: Controls various loads, including electric motors and circuits.
Rod Analog Thermostat: Regulates burner temperature and fan operation.
Three-Phase Signal Light: Indicates the presence of three-phase electricity in the electrical panel.
Glass Relay: Utilizes electromagnetic properties to connect or separate contacts.
Burner Relay: Controls the combustion process and provides error messages in case of issues.
Gradual Gas Valve: Regulates gas flow for a constant flame slope and precise adjustment.
Gas Pressure Controller: Enhances safety by controlling incoming gas pressure and cutting off in case of unexpected drops.
Air Pressure Controller: Ensures correct burner fan operation and automatically cuts off gas or gasoil flow if the required air intake is not met.
Gasoil Pump: Transfers gasoil fuel to the fuel injector with the electric motor of the burner.
Gasoil Filter: Prevents impurities from entering the burner pump and blocking the nozzle.
Microswitch: Controls the fan operation and turns off the burner if the fan fails to start after the thermostat command.
The KGY Super KG100 Heater combines efficiency, flexibility, and safety for various industrial heating needs.
